Frequently asked questions
How is the student limit counted?
We count actively enrolled students. Graduated, withdrawn, or transferred students do not count against the plan limit.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Creating a new student is paused with an upgrade prompt until the school moves to a plan with sufficient capacity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Plans are month-to-month. Current access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Is my school's data isolated from other schools?
Records are tenant tagged and application queries are tenant scoped. Production isolation still requires the release gates to pass.
Do teachers see other teachers' classes?
Teachers see classes where they are the homeroom teacher or an assigned subject teacher.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise schools can contact sales for a plan tailored to their enrollment and operating needs.
